A refundable deposit of just US$5,000 reserves a plot or villa for up to 30 days enabling you to carefully consider all aspects of ownership before finally committing to the purchase.

The reservation fee is refundable – less a small administration fee. Please use the Downloadable Reservation Form and email it to us. Details for payment options of your deposit are included on the Reservation Form.

Design considerations have been carefully thought out to enable the villas to be either owner occupied or purchased for investment for holiday letting.
