Phase One
 
 


The Phase One development of Paradise Heights is at an advanced stage of construction and will be completed shortly. Set in 14 Rai this phase consists of :

 
 
  1. 3 Grand Ocean Villas set in minimum plot sizes of 1,600 sq mts with covered areas of 590 to 730 sq mts.
  2. 8 Single Storey Villas set in 640 to 950 sq mt plots with covered areas of 200 to 240 sq mts depending of number of bedrooms.

Phase Two
 
 


Situated on higher ground of approximately 31 Rai, the Phase Two homes will have even more stunning panoramic sea views.

The properties offered on Phase Two will be as follows :

Quality & Style
  
 
Built to the highest European standards, our properties have been designed to be as self sufficient as possible.

The electrical services are all underground in specifically designed ducting allowing for ease of maintenance. Pantech has installed the latest modern electrical distribution system, fed via an 800 kVa transformer. Hi-speed voice and data lines are available for each villa.

The villas in Phase One, which is almost complete, are fed by two artesian wells, one shallow, and one deep. These in turn feed our main reservoir of cleaned water which is then pumped at 50psi to water tanks under each villa. All villas have pressurised hot and cold water systems at 45 psi.

The Paradise Heights Clubhouse will be located within the Phase Two development whilst the floodlit Tennis Court, with a Sala, shower and changing room facilities, is within Phase One.

The main entrance will have 24hr security and has electrically operated main gates. Optionally each villa may have its own electrically operated gated entry.
